Great stay in the family concierge section. Demetrio was an excellent waiter at Olio and at the family concierge pool. He really made our time at the pool enjoyable. Alejandro at Olio is also a great waiter.

We have been to several Paradius resorts, and they are all very nice. However, this particular resort is extra special. From the very first interaction, it was a step above the rest. Jesus took care of all our luggage, and was genuinely a sweet man, and very helpful and Cheerful. The room was lovely, but it had two double beds, which we were not thrilled about, but figured we would give it a whirl. It was a rough night. In the morning, we called to see if they could accommodate us in another room. They were so pleasant, and happily moved us. Jesus came again and moved all our things again. Came to the hotel on from 5-7 - 5-13 with family. Hotel was great and food was fantastic. Highly recommend the Outdoor photo experience. Ask for Pablo he was a professional. Pictures turned out amazing!!

Would've gave it 5 stars if the beach was better (water is mirky and lots of seaweeds) and if I didn't go to their club membership sales pitch. I was so close to signing up for the membership, which is a fancy name for timeshare. It's the biggest scam. I realized it while I was there, and afterwards I read horrible reviews here on trip advisor. Can't believe they can scam people like that. So if you don't care much for water, and don't go to the time share sales pitch, you will love it here. Beautiful landscape, rooms are super clean, staff/customer service are flawless, food is really good. So much more to positive to write... rally cool place.

We had an absolute blast at the Paradisus La Esmeralda. The service was tremendous and the resort was spotless. We opted for the family concierge package and the pool and restaurant(Olio) that are part of the upgrade package make it worth the extra expense. Our waiter at the Concierge pool Dmetrios was very attentive and always very friendly.

My family and I returned from the Paradisus La Esmeralda and I could not have asked for a better vacation. It was my wife, I and two children 3 and 5 years old. This was by far my children's favorite hotel. We had a very quick and friendly check-In. (We checked in online prior and it made things very easy) We upgraded to Family Concierge and it was 100% worth it. Beautiful room, great view of the hotel, and a quick walk to both the pool and beach. The Beach was wonderful with chairs always available. We were at the family concierge and we always had great service with towels waiting for us at the chairs. We did not have the issues with seaweed or rocks as others mentioned. We loved the beach. Also the beach bar service was very quick and efficient. The pools are awesome.…

This was our first "5 star" experience and it did not disappoint! We picked this resort for being family friendly and still of moderate size so as not to overwhelm us. It was a perfect size for us; we travelled with our 7 year-old daughter. Overall the room and service were excellent. Lots of food choices and all food was excellent, even in the buffet! Pool side service was excellent when provided by Anallely (5553). She was attentive, and friendly, and took good care of us, gracias! There are nightly shows at 8:30pm. They last about 45mins and it is pretty much the only thing to do in the evenings. The circus show is amazing and one of the best shows offered. Did not know what to expect from this all inclusive, but what a surprise. From check-in to check-out it was wonderful. The restaurants (14 of them) has some of the best food I have ever eaten at a resort. We had a swim up room with our own concierge named Alberto, who was very attentive and saw to all of our needs. This side of the resort caters to families so there is lots to do for the kids. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this resort and I will be coming back.!!!

We researched many hotels and settled on the Paradisus and it did not disappoint! Five-star accommodations all the way. The hotel is enormous with many different restaurants/bars. Everywhere you walked it felt like you were in a spa. The staff was outstanding; very friendly and accommodating. Great place to bring kids...they have a huge kid's pool and they also have the Kids Zone where you can drop off your child for as long as you would like in order to have some adult time. My son LOVED it, he didn't want to leave! All of the food we had was excellent. My favorite restaurant was Olio (Italian) but they have many different styles of food. There was a show every night which was tons of fun also! Highly recommend this hotel!!! We plan on going back in November.

This was our third trip to Paradisus. It never disappoints! We were traveling with two kids, ages 9 and 7. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to Family Concierge. We were really excited! Our butler, Jose Reyes, was amazing! The kids were excited and couldn't wait to get to the room to see what surprises were waiting for them every day! The staff is simply awesome! They do an excellent job at keeping the grounds and the rooms immaculate! The food was delicious. Our favorite restaurants are Mole, Bana and Vento. The buffets were really good as well.
